Refurbishment of a large executive 8 bedroom detached central London property to allow for the high end rental market. Our brief was to remove the existing kitchen/kitchenette and floor, wall and ceiling finishes, to bring about a major but rapid and high impact transformation from the tired appearance of a family home of over 30 years, to a fresh contemporary interior suitable to go immediately onto the demanding and competitive London rental market.

All internal walls and ceilings plastered or made good and decorated with fresh and neutral colours.  New windows fitted where required and boiler installed to update the existing system.  New kitchen and kitchenette installed to high specification with polished granite worktops to add some ‘wow’ factor.  New bathrooms and en-suites fitted out to remain in keeping with the classic period property, but to meet the modern demands required.  All original parquet flooring sanded and sealed to reignite and make the most of the original features.

Due to the lucrative yields of the London rental market, a very short and intense construction programme was required, where Ease sent up it’s own site delivery team to coordinate London contractors and hit the critical milestones.
