Our team

Alan Haworth
Site Manager
M: 07484013835
Alan is one of our more experienced employees who has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years he has worked in the construction industry. Starting out as a young apprentice working alongside many skilled tradesman to becoming one of our senior site managers that brings passion to every project he works on. Working for Ease, Alan has also furthered his knowledge by completing Site Management Training Schemes. Outside of work he enjoys walks on the beach and holidays in the sun. His football knowledge is equally as extensive as his construction knowledge, and never misses an opportunity for a pint and footy down the local pub.

Andrew Conibear
Project Manager
Andy has quite literally spent a lifetime in the construction industry, beginning at the age of 14 in a bench jointer’s, building gun carriages, sliding sash windows and stairs. An apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery followed, working on multi-million-pound one off builds to new build housing estates, refurbs, and everything in between, scaling the career ladder to Site Manager with his focus set high on becoming a senior project manager looking after multiple projects.
Downtime is spent walking his springers or competing with his 3 horses: wife and children. Albeit Andy’s preference is throwing himself down hills and over jumps, rocks, and tree roots on his mountain bike. When not being active his love is Formula 1 and anything sports related, especially if it’s got an engine but most importantly his biggest love is being a family man.

Andrew Doidge
Senior Manager
M: 07484 035027
Andrew is fondly known to most of the team as ‘Anders’. Having been an employee at Ease for the last five years, he has commercially delivered some of our most complex builds and has demonstrated his ability to work closely with investors and clients alike. Anders is considered a key member of the Ease team, and has recently acquired further accolades by qualifying through the completion of his post graduate degree which has inspired him to become a chartered member of the RICS in the foreseeable future. When not wearing a hard hat, you’ll be sure he’ll be wearing a golf hat! As a current single figure golfer, he dedicates most of his spare time playing the most prestigious courses around Devon and Cornwall

Andy Cook
Director
M: 07484 035032
Andy is a Director of Ease with years and years (he says 29, but here in the office we all know it’s more!) of construction and contracting experience on some very recognisable projects across the region. After his first project representing the client he recognised an opportunity to provide a much more client focused method of delivery, which is what Ease does. Ease now offer a building experience unique to the rest of the market, driven by open honest values. Andy really enjoys the early stages of projects establishing the Team and developing the designs, buildability and costs. The manic schedule requires a healthy antidote: three young children probably isn’t it and neither is coaching the local Under 9’s rugby team, but it doesn’t stop him doing it!

Dafydd Hollyman
Director
M: 07792 351393
Dafydd is a Director of Ease with over 20 years of construction experience which encompasses the delivery of multiple high end commercial, private and infrastructural projects all over the nation; which include stadia, multi storey office developments, the Eden Project and many other bespoke residential developments. It is hard to ignore his passion and enthusiasm for project management and delivery which is only one of the many skills and attributes his mantra possesses. With no shortage of qualifications, there’s very little that he hasn’t experienced and has all the answers at his disposal. Clients that have worked with him can’t help but praise his efficiency and consistent work ethic to ensure his team deliver projects under budget whilst conveying quality within sometimes difficult timescales. To balance his high octane energy drink that is Ease, he coaches his son’s U15’s Saltash RFC rugby team; and couldn’t be happier than when he’s playing 18-holes with friends on the golf course… unless of course he’s building on one!

Dominic De Wolf
Project Manager
Dom is a recent addition to the Ease team but brings with him over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He started out on civils projects as a site engineer, before moving into commercial and domestic carpentry work. Having gained a degree in building surveying and construction management, accredited by both the CIOB and RICS, he is continuing his professional development by working to be a full member of both bodies.
With an eye for technical detail, he brings his love of problem solving to his work and is happiest out on-site managing projects. In his spare time, Dom enjoys spending time with his family, preferably on a mountain bike or in the water. A good deal of time is also spent ferrying his children to sporting events and supporting from the touchline.

Gary Throne
Quantity Surveyor
Gary has recently joined the We are Ease team, coming in from a main contracting background where he built on his bachelor’s degree qualification and developed his knowledge and skills on large scale intricate projects in residential and commercial sectors in locations such as London, Surrey, and Devon to name a few.
After sampling life in a multitude of locations, (originally resided in Northern Ireland and studied in Scotland) he has decided to settle in sunny Devon where he enjoys spending time on the coast and moors equally, with the better half and the newly added puppy to the family.
With a keen interest in almost all sports, Gary’s main passion/pastime is spent tinkering on his project car(s) and getting them to the track to chase that adrenaline buzz, whilst at the end of the day also having that proud feeling of ‘hard work paying off’ which can equally be transferred to his professional career, he is not shy when it comes to rolling up the sleeves and getting stuck in to achieve the desired results.

Hugh Kingsley-Heath
Project Manager
E: hkingsley-heath@weareease.com
M: 07483 386820
Having grown up in Cornwall and like most Cornish, Hugh is a keen rugby fan. Starting in construction as a trainee site engineer with Taylor Woodrow in 1991, Hugh quickly gathered construction experience in the UK before moving to Southeast Asia where he proved to be a key player on the Hong Kong airport project. Time followed in the Philippines with Manila Hi Rise and mass transport projects, Bangkok, and Doha airport. After enjoying Thailand and learning Thai, Hugh worked extensively on high end residential development projects in coastal South Thailand.
Pre-Covid he happily moved back home to Cornwall with his wife and introduced his children to Cornish schools. Hugh loves the great outdoors, but whenever possible likes nothing better than to watch sport with a pint in hand.

Jack Parr
Assistant Project Manager
Through Jacks educational journey he has developed a passion for a career in construction. Jack has been involved in numerous projects through work experience which has expanded his knowledge and skills and furthered his interest in pursuing a role in construction.
Jack has enrolled onto UWE’s Construction Project Management course which will supplement his experience as an assistant project manager at We Are Ease.
Outside of work Jack is a keen sportsman with a passion for rugby which he has played for over 10 years.

James Lambe
Senior Manager
M: 07484 013833
James, or ‘Lambee’ to all of us, is a valued member of the Ease team. He is a Site Project Manager who brings his on-site experience, passion, drive and can do approach coupled with a down to earth attitude to the satisfaction of everyone who works closely with him, from sub-contractors to clients to, well, everyone actually. For a number of our clients Lambee’s name is always first on their team sheet! Time outside of work is family time, but Lambee can always find time to walk the dog to the local pub!

Jason Parfey
Senior Manager
M: 07484 035026
Jason, fondly known as ‘Super Jase’ to the team, is a vital member of our crew who brings enthusiasm and experience to Quantity Surveying on any project he sets his sights on. With a demonstrated history of performance in procurement, project financial management, contract administration, contract practice and estimation, clients can rest assured that their pennies are in good hands. Initially graduating with a Bachelors degree in Geology, Jason switched career paths 8 years ago and obtained a Post graduate degree in Quantity surveying. Recently passing his professional review for acceptance as a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders (MCIOB-Chartered Construction Manager) Jason is also currently working on completing his Assessment of Professional Competence to become a full member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He spends his free time enjoying the Devon Countryside kayaking on Teignmouth Estuary and can usually be found on the wall drinking a cider in his local pub the Ferryboat.

Jon Daniels
Quantity Surveyor
After returning from a year’s work experience in Spain teaching English to Spanish adults as part of his Spanish degree, Jon wanted to keep working instead of only studying. He was fortunate enough to be offered a night shift role as an electrical labourer on London Underground whilst still completing his degree. This role eventually led to an opportunity as a Junior QS. 7 years later, Jon has completed a HND in Construction & a MSc in Quantity Surveying and is now completing his MCIOB application. With Jon’s previous experience having been with Main Contracting and Subcontracting in both a QS and Commercial Manager role, he is now embracing Construction Management. When not working, Jon can be found exploring Cornwall with his wife and 2 dogs, having only been in the county for 3 years, or attempting to play guitar or drums, but by his own admission, in reality he’s just making noise!

Jude Hollyman
Office Manager
Jude is no stranger to the Ease team. Being married to Dafydd, she has always felt part of the business and now it’s official! Jude brings to the business a wealth of experience, most of her working life has been spent as an executive personal assistant, with her area of expertise being in finance and marketing across the construction, manufacturing and education sectors.
When not putting work or family first, she can be found on an epic dog-walk or paddle-boarding down the river Tamar. You might even find her swimming in the sea (in winter) – anything for a bit of peace and quiet…

Liam Gooding

M: 07484 013834
Our master of nearly all trades Liam, who commands massive respect from client, sub-contractor, and supplier alike. Don’t be deceived by his spritely youth – beginning as a carpenter from his early apprentice days, he has flourished into an experienced and trusted site project manager who runs a tight ship on ambitious build projects. Liam has run some of our bigger projects and for someone so young has an impressive portfolio. He is currently going through the process to become a member of the chartered institute of building. If he wasn’t ‘ours’, he’d be either a fisherman or a professional rugby player – his passions off the site.

Starting in construction at a ripe young age of 15 when he trained as a carpenter/joiner, Richard has now spent over 35 years in the construction industry, all of which has been spent working within the local postcodes. For the last 15 years, he has specifically worked in the house building sector.

Other interests include airsoft (military simulation) and walking his 2 border collies, Phoebe and Dotty!

Steve also brings a very calm but effective approach to the site morale, and ensures our health & safety systems and procedures are in place. Outside of being a site king-pin, he enjoys watching lots of rugby, juggling fine porcelain and is a staunch advocate of karaoke!

Tom Hollyman

When Tom’s not trying to develop his knowledge within the construction industry you are likely to find him on a rugby pitch or in a gig, his crew were recently ranked 13th at the World Pilot Gig championships in the Isles of Scilly and if rugby and gig rowing weren’t sporty enough, Tom can be found on a golf course, at a ski resort or riding the waves around the Cornish coast!

Building on his bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Will has also completed his MSc in Building Surveying, covering a wide range of subjects and culminating in his dissertation on the conversion of disused chapels for residential use. Zac lived in London up until 9 years ago, until he was drawn to Cornwall. Starting on site at the tender and impressionable age of 16, he now has over 30 years of experience in his back pocket. Working his way through to Site Manager, most of his time has been spent on the tools in heavy civils: demolition of tower blocks with regeneration packages; flood control works for the Environmental Agency; cliff retention and netting; sea defence and other large civils packages, often in awkward locations (it is Cornwall!). He has also managed the build of luxury bespoke homes and commercial builds.
Zac is currently working towards his Level 6 NVQ in construction Site Management. When not studying, he can be found walking his dogs or growing rare Lilly’s and chillies in his garden.
