Overview
Over the last 3 years We Are Ease have been working with Park Holidays helping manage their Capital Works programme across their Devon sites.
The main part of the role is Project Management and Contract Administration of the lodge base developments planned for the individual parks.
We Are Ease also help develop the cost plans and programmes for the proposed developments to help the client assess viability and potential impacts on customers because Parks are open most of the year.
Park Holidays are based in Sussex so We Are Ease are also able to bring local knowledge and contractors in to projects where they can bring economies.
Being local we have also been able to react to situations quickly to help address unplanned works, such as fire damage.
It not all building things either, we have done some very large demolition projects to for Park Holidays, which is always fun!
