We’re seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our passionate and creative construction team in Cornwall on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple sites, taking ownership of commercial management from procurement through to final account, ensuring strong cost control and contractual compliance while supporting project delivery teams.

Are you an experienced commercial professional looking to play a key role in the growth of a dynamic construction management business in Cornwall? Due to continued success and an expanding project portfolio, we are seeking a commercially astute Commercial Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Working alongside the Directors, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of project delivery, supporting pre-construction activities, managing project profitability, and driving commercial best practice across the business.
