Overview
Riverside Meadow is a new, luxury residential park development on the banks of the River Exe in South Devon, and is the adjoining new addition to the well established Newport Park on the edge of Topsham.
We Are Ease’s role consisted of the Project Management and Contract Administration for the creation of bases, roadways, drainage and landscaping for 20 new Residential Park Home bases.
We Are Ease worked with the client and Airey & Coles to rationalise the civils and stormwater drainage which resulted in cost savings and improved landscape for the development.
