The Victoria Commercial Centre is a high quality, new build development consisting of two office blocks and access road delivered to BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) excellence standards . We Are Ease assisted the construction company undertaking the design and build of the scheme and was involved during pre-construction and construction stages of the development. The first phase saw the creation of two new BREEAM excellent office blocks in the heart of Cornwall complete with two car parks. There is also a new access road with street lighting and further access to two further areas of the site that will be developed in future phases. The project was a great success – delivered within programme to BREEAM excellence and with significant cost savings.
