Talland Bay is a luxury holiday home development. The project consisted of 20 timber-frame homes, infrastructure and landscaping as part of the second phase of the scheme. Due to the previous contractor’s unstructured approach to delivery, We Are Ease was tasked with reliably and professionally managing the partially started second phase to completion. Our client had already sold all of the phase one homes – and we were given the objective to replicate or better phase one’s success. All of the phase 2 homes were delivered to schedule and to budget in the summer of 2012. They were successfully sold by Talland Homes, resulting in a fully occupied and completed luxury scheme.
