Overview
We were approached by Coop to build a new store on our Axminster site, however East Devon have a nitrates issue in the area so no new planning approvals. So we had to refurbish the existing property.
This involved new floors, new roof and the removal of an existing lift. We also had to extend the building in the process so a number of steel goalposts were included within the design.
