In late 2016 We Are Ease was asked to assist Michelin star chef Michael Caines to realise his aspirations of the opening of Lympstone Manor, a 21-bedroom luxury county house hotel and fine dining restaurant, the Best New Hotel of 2017 [as awarded by The Times]. This ambitious renovation, restoration and extension of the existing Courtlands Hotel, had reached a critical point of semi-completion, where a change in project management and process was required to get the construction programme back on track and achieve the paramount opening date. Therefore Andy Cook [We Are Ease Director] was able to provide Michael the precise directive input required to give the client and his in house team the confidence to take this high profile project forward and over the line in time.
