Overview
The Waterside project involved moving the existing outdoor swimming pool inside to create a magnificent new swimming facility with a Spa pool. The Clubhouse has been transformed into a new premium bar and restaurant facility that residents, holiday makers and members of the community can enjoy. Alongside this we completed the building of two new luxury Holiday apartments and three new staff flats.
The tight programme of works was completed during the winter season where the team had to be considerate of living residents along with accommodating significant client changes along the way.
